断桥铝介绍 

The aluminum bridge

    

    

     断桥铝是指隔断冷热桥，因为铝合金是金属，导热比较快，所以室内外温 度相差很多时，铝合金就成了为热量传递的“桥”了，断桥就是将铝合金从中间断开，采用硬塑与两边的铝合金相连，而塑料导热慢，这样热量就不容易传递了，所以叫断桥铝合金。  断桥铝采用隔热铝型材和中空玻璃，仿欧式结构，外形美观，具有节能、隔音、防噪、防尘、防水功能。这类门窗的热传导系数K值为3W/m2·K以下，比普通门窗热量散失减少一半，降低取暖费用30%左右，隔声量达30分贝以上，水密性、气密性良好，均达国家A1类窗标准

 二、 施工方法及要点

 2.1  工艺流程：   弹线找规矩―→门窗洞口处理―→安装连结件检查―→门窗处理检查―→安装―→四周嵌缝―→五金配件―→清理。

2.2  门窗框成品堆放、保管、吊装。    进入现场安装前，工程负责人必须对门窗安装队全体人员进行施工交底，并有书面交底材料存档，同时提供安装基准线。   2.3  膨胀螺丝直接从门窗框内侧打入墙体内，膨胀螺丝的长度不低于80mm，每相邻的膨胀螺丝间距不大于500mm。

2.4  门窗框与墙体之间的接缝处理方法：用发泡剂填充框与墙体间间隙，发泡剂溢出来的部分，用铲刀铲平，然后抹水泥将其盖住，等水泥干燥后，再均匀地在接口处打密封胶。
